.NET Programmer

Responsibilities
  • Drive discovery phases, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing of projects.
  • Design and develop code in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server 2000.
  • Show flexibility to pre-established coding standards and conventions.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for clients.
  • Create documentation through XML code comments and auxiliary documents.
  • Create working prototypes.
  • Participate in peer review sessions, and occasionally pair programming.
  • Work with our creative team to integrate functionality with the user interface.
  • Clear communication with clients in ways they can understand. Clients range from very non-technical to technical.
Qualifications
  • One year or more experience with .NET and C# creating web applications. MCAD/MCSD or previous history of object oriented development a plus (Java, C++, etc.)
  • One year or more experience with SQL Server. Proficiency in creating stored procedures and user defined functions, and ability to create well-architected databases from scratch.
  • Must use Visual Studio .NET and source control. SourceGear Vault experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with common design patterns.

Web Designer

Responsibilities

Designers work under the guidance of the Creative Director and are responsible for creation of concepts, refinements of design direction, and final refinement toward production, some graphics production, and creation of presentation materials.

Qualifications

A designer is a college graduate with a design degree (B.A. Design; formal training in typography, identity design, interactive design, and information design) who has more than a year and a half project experience. Web design experience along with a good understanding of HTML, the capabilities of Web browsers across multiple platforms, and the constraints involved in designing for online media are required. Fluency in Adobe Photoshop required - Macromedia Flash a plus.

Web Developer

Responsibilities

Web Developers are expected to contribute significantly to projects on which an intermediate to advanced level of client-server programming technical knowledge is required. Common project work consists of server side programming, database access, and interfacing with design layouts.

Qualifications

Solid experience working on client projects and a minimum of one year experience in the field of server-side programming. Experience managing and planning the development of sites as well as building them. Strong knowledge of widely used technologies such as HTML, CSS, classic ASP, PHP, or.NET (C# or VB) as well as database experience working with SQL Server, MySQL, and Access.
