Oklahoma City based Element Fusion announces today that it has acquired the website development business of 4site Solutions, another Oklahoma City technology company. Under the terms of the acquisition, Element Fusion will immediately begin providing all hosting and web services needs to 4site's former Internet clients. 4site will discontinue its website services business, but will continue to provide IT consulting and services to its current and future clients.
"We are excited about acquiring these new clients as it further establishes our position as Oklahoma City's leading Internet development company," states Justin Cowan, owner and COO of Element Fusion. "We also believe that our new clients will benefit greatly from what we can provide for them through our content management system products and search engine marketing services."
4site Solutions agrees that the acquisition is beneficial both to their business and their customers. Todd Adcock, President of 4site, explains, "We are refocusing our business on what we do best -- providing top tier information technology services to our clients. Our former website clients will benefit as they will now be serviced by the city's leading Internet company. We chose Element Fusion because of their reputation for quality and the wide range of high-end web services they are equipped to provide."
The acquired customers have already been transferred and integrated into Element Fusion's hosting environment. They now have access to Element Fusion's world-class design team. They also have the opportunity to integrate their websites onto Element Fusion's content management system products which can give them the ability to easily update their own website content rather than relying on a web developer to make changes for them. In addition, Element Fusion's Internet marketing services are available to help increase search engine rankings and drive more traffic to their new clients' sites.
