Five reasons why our customers rock

Over the past few days, I've been pitching in and helping out our support team which means I've gotten to dialog with a lot of our customers. This has reminded me of a very important fact -- our customers ROCK! Here's why:

  1. They are intelligent. You wouldn't believe some of the great questions and insights our customers share. It is great to get to chat back and forth with people who really get it!
  2. They are polite. Hey, let's face it. Support issues don't always bring out the best in anyone and patience can sometimes wear thin. But even in the midst of that, our customers are polite. We appreciate it! And we work hard to return the favor.
  3. They are supportive. We not only get polite emails, we even get some that are downright complimentary. We get a lot of great words from our customers and, believe me, those really do encourage us to keep working hard to be the best we can be for you. Thanks!
  4. They are witty. Sometimes, there will even be a little humor mixed in with a support question. You can't beat that!
  5. They care about quality. Attention to detail -- that is something that shines through the support email we receive. It is an honor to be surrounded by people who want the best. Our goal is to continue to bring it to you.

Thanks to all our customers for doing what you do. Naturally, our business wouldn't exist without you. Every business has to have customers. We're lucky to have so many customers that ROCK!
