Keeping it short

I wrote another article that FreelanceSwitch was kind enough to publish this week. "Keeping it short" was, for me, an exercise in doing just what the title says -- trying to say more with less words. It initiated a little bit of discussion which you can see in the comments over there at FSw..

So, what do you think about keeping it short?
