Thanks to Becky Carroll over at Customers Rock! for her great post highlighting our web concierge service on Light. It's called, "A Rockin' Web Concierge at Element Fusion."
Becky contacted me a couple months ago right after we launched the web concierge service. Her blog focuses on customer service and customer relations and she really like the web concierge concept. In fact, she thought that it rocked!
Her post does a great job of explaining our concept and it even highlights the super smiley picture of Chad from our website. You can't beat that!
By the way, I've been reading the Customers Rock! blog ever since Becky introduced herself and it's great. There are some great ideas there and some great reminders about focusing on the customer. Thanks, Becky.
