Light by clicking the "Questions? Chat with us now button" in the footer, but didn't receive a response, please accept my apologies.
I started using Firefox to manage the chats through the web-based live chat application we use (which, by the way, we didn't build, but purchased from someone else). Evidentally, in Firefox, the little window doesn't pop to the foreground when someone has requested a chat. In IE7, it does. Well, I guess I'll be using IE7 from now on.
I don't think I missed too many requests, but I know I missed a few so if that was you, please don't take offense as it was not intentional. And give us a try again as we are happy to help you in any way we can. Thanks!
