Element Fusion

Users of our Water, Sky, and Light products will be greeted with a new look when they visit the "My Account" area of their website this morning. While there are tons of new things going on behind the scenes that include new features, improved security and reliability, and overall improved performance; the biggest change that most of you will notice is the improved user interface and new options.

The biggest complaint about the old "My Account" page was simply that it offered too little information and amounted to what was essentially just a big form. The new "My Account" breaks that mega-form into topical, tabbed sections that allow users to focus just on the information in which they are interested. There is less information on each tab so it is easier to understand, and yet there is lots more contextual information, tips, help links, and instruction. Everything has been re-thought and re-organized to make managing your website(s) easier, faster, and more enjoyable.
