Elk City Convention & Visitors Bureau came to
Element Fusion with the task of creating a new, inviting Web site that was easy for users to navigate and easy for their organization to maintain.
The
Elk City CVB and the Elk City Chamber joined efforts to create a site that had everything you need to know about moving, visiting or living in Elk City.
The new sites showcases a portal entry homepage to guide users to the section that applies to them. This easy navigation allows the user to read through upcoming events and major attractions as well as learn more about the history of Elk City.
Elk City has the ability to maintain their new site using Element Fusion's web-based
content management system, Water . They can keep the calendar up to date, post news articles about happenings in Elk City and allow people to comment on the blog about their visit.
The Director mentioned she wanted an award-winning site and that is just what Element Fusion provided.
Within a few days, the new Elk City site has had 2000+ new visitors from all over the world and has been showcased on many design sites such as
CSS Mania,
The Best Designs,
Cameron Moll,
The Daily Slurp and many more.
