Element Fusion is seeking an outstanding individual eager to join our team of talented web professionals as Project Manager. Element Fusion is the fastest growing Internet Development Company in Oklahoma with its strong line of web products and custom professional services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve quickly, and the experience to multitask multiple projects in a fast paced environment. General computer and web knowledge is a must.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for conducting meetings, setting deadlines, communicating with clients, and keeping projects on track within a set budget. This includes direct management of the developers and designers on your team.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Computer and web knowledge
• The ability to manage people and deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years web development/design/programming experience
• 1-2 years project management experience; experience working at a web development company a strong plus
• Experience managing multiple clients/projects at one time
