Did you like my twist on the word "downtime"? It rings of the same glossiness of buying a "pre-owned" BMW, or of describing your neighbor as "94 years young." We recognize that nobody likes any length of downtime, but in this case it's for a good cause.
We are bringing Water, Sky, and Light down for about an hour tonight, starting at 11PM CST (GMT-6). We are adding additional servers to the mix so we can better handle the growth we've been experiencing.
We usually say an hour to be safe, but we're estimating the actual downtime to run about 15 to 20 minutes.
Update: We were down for a little less than 12 minutes. We're flying now!
