Server upgrades scheduled for Water, Sky, LightCMS and Icebrrg

We're always looking for ways to improve our systems and tomorrow morning, we'll be taking another big step forward. We'll be moving Water, Sky, LightCMS and Icebrrg to brand new and much improved application servers. The new servers should improve all around performance and allow us to continue to meet the growing demand for our products.

We anticipate even shorter downtime for this move than for our normal product upgrades, which generally last between 5-15 minutes. But, to be safe, we are warning that there is a possibility for some downtime when the server move takes place. The move is scheduled for Thursday, February 21st, 2008 at 7am Central Standard Time US (GMT -6).

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our systems.

UPDATE: The server upgrades went smoothly. The system was down for a total of ten minutes, from 7:00am to 7:10am. All systems are back up and running fine.
