We're big into making our software as comfortable to use as possible. In a world where "content is king", the best way to encourage people to keep their content fresh is to make them feel right at home with the tools they use.
Last night we released a new text editor with this in mind. We listen to our customers' feedback, and some of the bigger complaints were that it didn't handle line breaks properly and that it had too many options. I agree, and I agree.
This new version is considerably cleaned up. Line breaks work properly, and we have trimmed down the options to more closely align with our "simple" philosophy. We've also enhanced compatibility with the major browsers (Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Safari) to make sure the love is spread around equally.
In addition, we have a new, swanky feature to introduce to all the Dan Quayle's of the world: spell-checking. Just click the "ABC" icon to run through a dynamic spell-check of your document!
I hope you enjoy the update!
