Last week, I started my "Why our CMS rules" series. Part one focused on the benefits of software as a service. Now, in part two, I'd like to focus on the specific benefits of our software, when compared even to other SaaS software products. As with part one, these are the things I'm often asked about by our customers, so I figure it would be good to share them with all of you.

4. Better Support. Who do you contact for support when you need help? Do they have a dedicated team just for support? We do. We have help resources inside the product, a support website with common questions, and free email support for every single customer.
